Mafuno - Roundtable circus variation

Rules

You start with 5 cards and your goal is to end up with 0.
There are cards numbered 0-9 in red, green, blue or yellow and 5 special cards (+2, +4, 🚫, 🔄️, 🌈)
You must match either the color or number of the previous card played
'+4' and '+2' cards forces the next player to draw the specified amount
'🚫' cards skips the next player's turn
'🔄️' cards reverses the playing order
Both '🌈' and '+4' cards can change the color that needs to be played
Both '🌈' and '+4' can be played regardless of color or number
If you end up with only one card you have 5s to declare it.
If you don't declare it in time, others can call you out and you will draw 2 cards.
